I think this is a really great quote Lisa! Not only is this quote fitting for the new common core standards that are being introduced into the school system, but it's a principle that all teachers should strive to live by daily within the classroom.
This quote practically screams Common Core. Teachers need to stop teaching to the test and start teaching from the heart. If they don't, students are never going to become interested or passionate about learning. Plus, if teachers teach from the heart, maybe students' will start learning from the heart.
